My mercury runs great, and i have restored the motor like new but the only thing I need now is to get the tach working. When i turn the key on the tach resets it's self but when i start the motor the tach seems dead, so I hook up temperary leads from the battery to the tach and it still worked, so it must be some lead from the motor to the tach. Help if you can...
