1984 25hp J....She will not stay running?

On the stand and in the tank.

I can squart a little fuel in the carb and she fires right up...Until fuel runs out.

Carb does not seem to be getting any fuel. I squeez the Blub and it gets tight and stays tight.

Any help would be awesome!

Does any one know about the ELECTRIC PRIMER SYSTEM? I am thinking this is were the problem is....When I hit the choke button, fuel sqarts out of the side of the pressure valve thingy...Any help would be awesome...Thanks!
