new fuel pump new lines cleaned carb new plugs checked fire from both coils it will idle with out being choked but cant rev with unchoked seems to run fairly decent with the choke on

Main jets or something in the high-speed circut of the carb is still plugged...

What did you set the float level at?

Cleaned carb how? Complete disassembly and soaking, then replacing or cleaning every orifice or jet?

yes sir seems to be running great now after cleaning carb again will know tonight after puttin in lake to see if she is right now for sure

ran great for about an hour and then it started the same thing im thinking that particles from the foam insulation on the cowl is getting in the carb so i took all of it off and cleaned it good also the thing the throttle rides against broke half way so you cant run past half throttle im looking for one now

does anyone know what the name of that part is and where i can get one it is the black plastic ramp that the roller on the throttle rides against

Not sure what your talking about but you will be able to find it here for the name and perhaps even order it. You could also be getting crap from your fuel lines breaking down internally. If you haven't already, you might want to change them to the lines approved for ethanol fuels. Best of luck.

An in-line filter designed for outboards (pre-mix) would be a good addition too.

He's speaking of the piece that bolts under the flywheel. When you turn the throttle it pushes the carb open. I don't know the name but you can locate it in the parts manual. Leave the model number and someone can find the part I'm sure.
