buddy gave me the motor he works at a scrap yard i had taken the shift and throttle cables of to take the shifter to the marina to get a key is it possible i put them back on backwards when i start the motor and shift it into forward and reverse it shifts no problem i just get barley any throttle i never thought to check the throttle before i took it off but i marked the one cable for the bottom i dont no if anybody messed with it before i had received the motor thanks
