Well, we finally got some weather we could work with. The boat is running great and we made a lake run Sunday! Only took it up to 47mph to break in the new bearings and rings. Still have a minor water leak, but I think I know where its at. We backed it in a foot at a time and verified no leak. Ran it for awhile and then a small leak showed up. i did not run some 3M5200 sealant around the shift cable that runs through the intermediate housing. Will correct that this week, but putting the rubber boot on correctly made a huge difference
