i am putting a new floor in my ebbtide dyna trak 176ss. i have it pretty much all figured out except how i am gonna do the seats. the old seats were on a built box about 5 inches tall and then that box was somehow secured to the floor. the seat also swiveled on the box. i can build another box to put them on but what is the best way to secure them to the new floor? i would just put pedistools but its a low boat so i liked the lower design and stability of the boxes. any help will be much appreciated! thanks

I'd recommend Glassing some cleats to the deck to the dimensions of the interior of the box. Then sit the box over the cleats and screw the box to the cleats. Or Put stainless T-Nuts in the cleats and use Stainless bolts to secure the boxes.
