I had to replace the upper thrust mounts on my 15 hp evinrude. As I am putting it all back together, I notice a rubber O-ring or washer (what was left of it) down in the hole in the exhaust housing where the crank case seal is inserted. Problem is I can't find any reference to it on the various assembly diagrams out there. It appears to be 3/4 of an inch across. Anyone know a part number?
