Just make sure that the linkage between the carburetors is adjusted so that the throttle butterflies open and close at the same time. You want both butterflies wide open at the same time at full throttle and completely closed at idle. You do not want one butterfly closed and one ever so slightly open at idle.
Also, the scribe mark on the cam should be dead centered with the throttle carburetor roller just as the butterflies start to open. That's it.
