1985 3.5 help

I got this motor a week ago. I cleaned the carb and replaced the impeller. It will run for about three seconds every time i pull it. Which screw is the idle screw on the carb and what is the other one for? HOw many times should i back both of them out just so it will run, then ill mess with them to get it runnin better.

The other is your air mixture screw. The way to adjust it is to screw it all the way in and then back it out 4 turns. Start the motor and fine tune adjust from there.
