1985 50 hp lost compression lower cyl

my 1985 johnson 50 lost compression in lower cylinder, has set up for a while, started the motor up, ran fine for about 10 minutes, then started missing, fire at both cyls, fuel on lower plug, checked compression today, 130 on top, 75 on bottom, any answers, hopefully maybe head gasket, hope not head or piston rings scoring cyl wall

Pull the head and check the gasket, cyl and piston.
