1985 8HP Mariner-Idle Adjust Setting?

Is there a way to adjust the idle on a 1985, 8 HP Mariner? Engine runs good, but a little rough at the lowest throttle setting. I'd like to idle her up a little but there are no adjustment knobs that I can see on the cowling.
