1985 ebbtide dynatrak 17ss

hey guys im looking at buying this boat gunna be my first boat im going to own and it like this boat it rides well and runs awesome and is so nice to fish out of.. only thing im confused about is this boat has two smoked plastic windows on it there taller but doesnt have the wrap around windows like all the other boats i have seen on here.. wondering if they came this way or if i can find a windshield that wraps around for this boat.. any info would be awesome since i have no idea about these things i never heard of them till i seen this one.. its a 85 dynatrak 115 evenrude on it with a pontoon trolling motor on it about 18 ft in lenth just dont know why the windows are differnt.. again thanks for any info about this boat and any dynatrak boats im excited to purchase this boat in the comming weeks just dont think it will do very well on the big lake since i live right on lake superior..

I have an 88 Ebbtide Dynatrak 17.8 SS, Its a great boat i enjoy it for the river and lake when it is calm. The boat sucks is choppy water IMHO. As for the window i have no idea maybe someone broke and removed the original somewhere down the line? I would think it would be pretty hard to find an original one to replace it with. Or it could be a "bass boat" model and not a fish n ski model, I have seen a few bass boat styled ones that have the two smoked counsel windows instead of the wrap around walk threw windows of the fish n ski models. Do you have a pic of it?

no i dont have any pics as i havent bought the boat yet but its looks exactally like yours the color is differnt thou its like a darker grey color and a blueish on the bottom half.. i will throw some pics up when and if i can pruchase it

Its a great boat and it had zero rot in it for being 22 years old. This is the boat i use for the lake just to mess around when i dont want to go down to the beach house for the weekend. All and all its very stable great to fish off of and pulls skiers and tubes well for only having a 90 horse engine, although mine is rated up to a 150 i got a great deal on this one so no complaints plus it sucks less gas. If you end up buying the one you are talking about would love to see some pics, or if you need some pics to compare just let me know i have tons.
