There should be a manual release screw recessed in the side of the starboard transom bracket. Use a large 3/8 plus standard screwdriver to loosen it three turns. Be sure to retorque it when you have finished.
With the manual release open, the motor will pull up fairly easily from inside the boat if you use the tilt handle at the top rear of the engine cover.
