The on-line CDI Electronics documentation states that the stator should read between 250 - 350 OHMs. I would say that the documentation that I was looking at earlier was wrong. It reads good as far as resistance.

Have you checked the ground wire that goes between the coils and CD Module mounting plate and the block?

One other thing I wanted to ask was does your CD Modules and Trigger have modular plugs or spade lug screw connections?

A bad stator could power 2 of the 4 plugs.
Electricity flows to the easiest path.
A new stator can be bad.
You sure the magnet in the flywheel is glued in place?
How fast is the starter turning?
Get a DVA attacment for your meter.

I epoxied the flywheel outside magnet back in place the inside magnets its two parts are good they will hold a medium sized screwdriver starter is turning fast enough
also I have checked the ground wires all good there
it has the modular plugs

Also I believe I did reverse the input stator lines and had it back fire didnt disconnect opps

This troubleshooting step should not make any difference since the stator output is AC voltages. Switching the blue and yellow wires makes no difference for the CDM input.

Jiggz I have switched the orange wires #1 or #3 across any coil and they will fire the red wires #2 and #4 will not fire any coil I am almost thinking of just sending back the trigger and both cdm and saying this isn't working

As previously mentioned, this troubleshooting step tested or validated only the ignition coils and all components downstream, i.e. plug, plug wires, etc and nothing else. Not the CDM's, trigger or associated wiring. It does however raises a question on the CDM ckt being tested and all upstream components like the trigger wires, the trigger and magnets if the no spark problem moved with the switching of the wires.

While you still have the new trigger I still recommend doing the above mentioned troubleshooting of switching the CDM's trigger input wires. And if the problem persists, put the wiring back to original configuration and then try another troubleshooting. This time just switch the CDM's trigger input wires between themselves, i.e. connect the red trigger wire to the wh/grn wire of the CDM's #2 ckt wire. This test is to test the orientation of the wires, i.e. positive signal wire to positive signal input wire.

As previously mentioned, there is a blocking diode in the CDM input ckt to ensure only the positive signal are fed to the correct wire. Any negative signal is blocked thus rendering the ckt inoperative.
