Still just waiting on parts to come in. Looking like saturday I may get the auxiliary stuff wired, lights are due in first of next week.

Ordered the lights, side mount LED's for navigation and a flip-down LED for the all-around, should get the job done and last almost forever

Just got done working, thought it would be a couple hours, it ended up lasting all day

First thing, we installed the lights, these are from attwood and are of very high quality. The nav. lights are small but man they really do put out the light

Then we reinstalled the top on the boat, and attached the new GPS antenna and anchor light, It is from attwood as well and it flips down when its not in use. All lights are LED and wired with 16 gauge wire soldered and heat shrinked at all connections.

We then buttoned up the helm, installing the fish finder and GPS (well, the mounts at least), and wiring everything up. A test hop of everything showed everything working (amazing).

And the final product

Sorry about the night pictures, its getting darker earlier now! The last thing we have to do is paint the back pieces and attach the battery and the gas tank permanently, I'll grab some daylight pics when we do that :)

Got all the stuff on the rear buttoned up today

Luckily BRP still supports Johnson parts well. We were able to get a tank anchor for around 8 bucks and it works like a charm to hold down those 6 gallon tanks. Came with all mounting hardware too.

After installing the cleat I finished up the Port Side of the back

The battery was a no-brainer, just had to mount the two eye hooks which hold the battery down, and install

And finally a picture of it all together in the daylight

I'm saying we're done with this project now. We have to fix the engine now, which we are saving up for. We will then move all our stuff back onto it. We may have to recoat a few places on the bow, for some reason they bubbled up. Other than that I am completely happy
:D :D
