Hey guys-before the question, just wanted say how much I've enjoyed reading and discovering while lurking around here-

anyway, here's my question- Does the temp guage monitor both temp senders or only one? in other words, how does the readout at the guage relate to the two temp senders? If only one, I'm wondering which sender it monitors, and then is there a way to add a second guage using the other existing temp sender-

Thanks for any info.

The two stock temperature senders are switches that are either off or on when the temperature reaches a preset temperature, generally around 210 degrees.

Gauges are accessories, usually added by owners and have their own variable senders, one per gauge, unless a switch is added so that you can visit each cylinder bank.

Thanks ezeke, I had always thought the stock senders performed both duties.
