1985 Merc 80HP

I just bought a 16 foot runabout with a 1985 Merc 80hp on it. At least that's what it says on the coweling. Can someone tell me the oil/fuel mix ratio please? I didn't recieve any manuals with the boat or motor. I am asuming that it is a 50:1 motor. I looked on the transom mount for a ID plate but didn't see one. Am I looking in the right place? This is my first Mercury motor so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am used to my 50's Johnsons... This motor is very "new" to me......

Any suggestions on a good manual for the motor?

It's a 50 to 1 engine, use TCW-III oil and mercury has owner manuals still available.
