? In the carb? I am asking about the inlet fitting in the gas tank in the boat. I have the gas line off and the anti-siphon valve, I can not get the 45 degree angle inlet pipe that the anti siphon valve screws into. There must be a screen that is at the end of this tube inside the tank. If I can't get this unscrewed and out I can not get to the tube and the screen at the bottom. I wanted to know if I can drill a new hole (of course all gas removed and fumes gone of course and use a manual saw not electric) and put in an entirely new fuel line inlet fitting with a new hose and filter. Also, is it legal to use a marine gas tank like is used for an outboard, if I can not get this installed tank to work?
