1985 Sea Ray Seville

I am a ex military aircraft technician and this is my first boat. It is making me feel like a rookie when it comes to simple things. I am trying to find a manual for a 1985 Sea Ray Seville. The Sea Ray website will not date back this far, does anyone know of a good place to find one? I have also been trying to find the hook up for a hose on this boat so i can run it on land, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - Jonny

What motor are we talking about. What Hose??

There are usually NOT manuals for these boats to be had. Ebay MAYBE but not usually. This site is your best bet for finding out anything and everything about your boat. Just ask. Post up some pics and we'll be here to help all along the way.

I think you are asking about the flush muffs you attach to your hose so you can run your boat when not in the water. You can find them at any boat store and even Walmart sometimes. Here is what they look like.

Thank you to everyone! Ordered the muffs and cant wait to crank it up on dry land. The boat is a 1985 Sea Ray Seville 18'. It has the MCM 140 motor and the last thing i need is an alternator. The alternator i pulled out is a Mercury Marine - Part number 98555 - 12V - 55 Amp. I cant find the same one but have seen a few by Mando and Sierra. Does anyone have a recommendation as to what i should use for a replacement? I am not very familiar with trusted manufacturers in the boat world. Thank you!!
