1985 Suzuki Dt115, what's it worth?

I'm helping my buddy pick up a boat today. The previous owner swapped a dt115 manual trim motor onto the boat, and then abandoned the project.

These seem to be uncommon outboards, considering it runs and shifts, what's it worth?

With unknown number of hours or compression numbers, etc...probably $500 is a good figure.

These old two-stroke Suzuki outboards are pretty rare nowadays. If it starts and shifts fine, it’s probably worth around $600 on the used market. That said, it really depends on the condition — stuff like the casing, cooling system, etc.
