I bought a 1985 v-sonic 190br this past winter and am looking to restore it completely this fall. Is there any one that has pictures of this boat that can show me what this boat is supposed to look like?

Re: 1985 v-sonic 190br

That would not happent to be a Mark Twain V-Sonic? If it is there is one on Ebay right now that has some good pictures of it. Also there is a site of Marktwainboats.org that has some historical pictures of them as well as lots of people restoring all types of Twains. This site currently down for a few days due to some technical difficulties but will be operational soon.

Re: 1985 v-sonic 190br

I own a 1985 Mark Twain 190br, with the V-Sonic hull. I also assume this is the boat you bought. A fairly heavy. well made boat i'd say. I replaced the floor and did some interior work and now I live mine.

Good call on he ebay listing. it's item # 230133751178 on ebay. May be just like the boat you bought! Same as mine except I have the B-2-B seats rather than the captains chair and bench. Same color as mine also. I have a 200hp V-8 Mercruiser.

Not sure what else you want to know. Few pictures around of these anymore, but I do have the original sales brochure for 1985 Mark Twain Boats, it's just a pain to get pictures from it to forums.

Enjoy your boat. Not too many Twains around so you'll have something a bit unique.
