I took the steering assembly off and after hours of beating I finally got it apart. It had very tight steering and I found out that the upper seal of the swivel bracket was destroyed. So water entered and made the steering tight. Everything else is fine but I can't locate a new seal. Does anyone know where I can get one? Thanks
