1986 30hp Evenrude 2 stroke question

1986 30hp , used to be pull start. Former owner installed a electric start. Can a charging system be added, and if so, what parts are needed?

Yes a charging kit is available.-----Possibly pick up a parts motor with it on there.----Many years use the same stuff.
