Does the choke open after a couple of minutes? If it doesn't open til later and that causes the stall the carb may have been misadjusted to comenpsate for the incorrect choke operation...but that's a stretch believe me.

Yeah it does open I'm going to try some carb cleaner to see if I can keep it going. This has been quite the difficult problem to nail down.

I did, and I agree running out of fuel somewhere along the line after 1-2 hours of running just fine. Not sure where to go next but rebuilding the carb tomorrow. Gotta be fuel related.

Fuel issue has been mentioned several times and you always say everything is great and working properly. There is nothing wrong with anything because everything has been replaced and checked.

I was mistaken and now think it's a fuel issue. I appreciate all of your help.

Since it's been such a bear you would probably also be smart to clean out the fuel tank, and anti siphon valve. And possibly change the fuel line if it's not buried in body work.
I know you inspected them, but one little piece of junk...

The fuel line is buried in bodywork but I managed to pull it all the way out and it was spongy in a couple of places. I'm going to run some new fuel line and see if that does the trick.
