Pretty soon if this threat of rain will take a break, I know I am going to replace the gas tank and I need to take a bunch of pictures first, but the temps has to come up as I need to do some poly repair on the bottom of the inner transom before I can do any seacast if I go that route but if I can get the top off ok then I may just use the wood replacement instead.
I just might see how hard it's going to be to pull the cap off of the boat and really check the stringers out..
Not confirmed yet but it looks like the front deck is part of the top cap as well as the helms and most of the back deck at least it looks like it is, like I said I need to do more checking.
All this is not going to be easy for me, at 67 and no help to speak of it going to be a lot of work I wasn't prepared for.
When are you going to open the boat up and see what's what?
