Check the tank vent as stated above

Also I had the same problem at full throttle and I replaced my fuel pump diaphragm and it fixed my problem. It was an extremely cheap fix too.

If the ball is going flat, you are either sucking up garbage or your vent is clogged. Do you have an inboard tank?

You may have garbage in your tank due to the alcohol problem. I suggest that you add a canister type water removal filer.

This advice may be too late. You may have to clean the fuel system from the carbs on back.

John
