Hey guys,

Alright I'm getting ready to repower my little boat and I havent measured but I am pretty sure the through the transom holes for my new motor will not line up. I will need to fill in the old holes and drill new ones what should I use to fill in the old holes PB or? and then before I do the install seal the new holes with resin?

Hey tboner, I would fill in the old holes with PB that is a permanent repair. I would use 3m 5200 on the new install because less filling and more sealing is needed, and it will come apart easier in the event you need to take it apart someday.

Thanks Saginawbayboater. What if I wanted to leave the old holes there is there a way to seal them temporarily but for a long time?
