1986 Johnson 40 hp question

[Ghost Rider 2]

I just bought a 86 40 hp Johnson. On he rear of the cavitation [plate there is a round recessed section with a hole. On a Mercury it is where a anode tab bolts. I presume the same on this Johnson. However I can't seem to find one on the internet. Am I right? Also where to located one? Thanks

Probably right. Go to brp evinrude site and you can bring up fiche on your particular engine to be sure.
