1986 Mariner 40 HP Model 40ELO Fuel Pump

I have a 1986 Mariner 40 HP Model # 40ELO. I am trying to find the correct part # for the fuel pump. Is it a Yamaha or Mercury fuel pump? Thanks for any assistance.

Yamaha built.----Fuel pumps are simple to diagnose and repair.-----What is your motor doing / not doing ?----What trouble shooting has been done ?

Just purchased the engine and it fired right up and ran good. Then it just cut out and will not start. Cleaned fuel filter, new fuel tank and lines. Removed fuel pump and opened up, a lot of stuff trapped inside.

A new water pump has been installed, the springs, diaphragm and other parts inside pump do not look so good. thought it be better just to replace the pump. Just having trouble with the correct fuel pump part#??

Any pictures of the pump.----There must be a dozen pumps off Johnson / Evinrude / Mercury that could be adapted.

Is that the

Part Number 43113T

Manufacturer Mercury Quicksilver

Or is it the Sierra Part #18-7334 or Sierra Part #18-7349. These two also come up as fuel Pumps for this engine.
That is the question I need help with.
