1986 4 HP Merc outboard (SN: 0A708744) that was woking fine on the lake and was pull started like 6 times no problem then the 7th time it didn't want to start at all. Got home and filled up the bucket to try it a bunch more times and still nothing. I can get it to make a couple hiccups once and awhile but won't fire more than that. The hiccups sound a little rough to. I did check and it is getting spark. I put in a new plug just to see if that would help but it didn't make any difference. Gas seems to be going in but not 100% sure. Tried spraying gas into carb, Bulb is staying hard on tank, Tank vent is open. I don't know what else to do? Any suggestions? Thanks !!
