1987 150 xr2 trim tilt bleeding

I have resealed my entire ptt unit, what is the fluid capacity of this ptt. Also I have been trying to bleed the unit. I have the tilt cylinder going up and down but the two trim rams have extended
But won't retract. Do they need the weight of the motor on them to retract. I have the unit on the bench.

let me know how it goes I have been fighting this issue after I replaced the motor on mine here is a video of what mine is doing

Capacity is just a tad over a quart..fill it so its when operating properly that oil level is just below fill cap fully trimmed up. Mark your problem is either the manual release is faulty or down pilot valve in pump
