Of the 5 holes in rear of boat, which one(s) are to be plugged before putting in water? The top two I'm good with but the other 3 (top two have the rubber flaps and bottom center just a hole) I'm unsure about. Thanks.

Hi there. We're going to need a picture.
Usually, but not always, the lowest hole in the center needs to be plugged.

Hi Marc. Here's a pic. The bottom center is hidden by motor but shows the other 4 which are more like rubber stoppers/traps. Probably dumb question but I'm unsure of this and never thought to ask when I purchased. Thanks for the help.

Top 2 are likely drain holes for the splash well. Is there or was there a livewell?

Yes, looking at the pic, the livewell is at the left side corner rear. There's also a plughole in front floor compartment area. Drainage? I'm guessing them four rubber traps (shown in pic) on the rear are just that...preventing water from coming in. I just need to make sure I plug the right hole (or holes) before unloading into water.

I would say the top two are for splash well and or bait wells, the middle are deck drains with flapper to prevent water from entering while backing, and the bottom center plug for draining the hull. For sure plug the bottom and for what it's worth I prefer the screw to tighten rubber plugs over the snap lever. If the bottom hole is threaded use a brass or bronze plug.
