How hard is to remove the carbs on this motor, and how would one go about cleaning them? Any help would be great, thank you.

A manual explains how. Got one?

Cleaning means rebuilding with 2 kits, one for each carb and soaking the disassembled carbs in carb cleaner.

Your best bet is to post what your motor is doing / not doing !----------Often folks want to start with the carburetors for some reason ?--------------What other trouble shooting has been done that leads you to believe there is a carburetor issue ?

Compression check was 120 in all 4cyl, spark test showed great spark on all. I replaced the propeller with exact one that came with engine. Engine runs fine on muffin in driveway in gear and out. I have ordered a new fuel pump rebuild kit but hasn't came yet.
