Well i figured id start a thread for my redo but most of my work is gonna happen in the winter. So far as far as i can tell the decking needs to be replace for sure and the dash area fixed as its sagging a little. the decking seems to only be soft where it is under the carpeting any place thats covered like the battery area and cooler area seem to be solid and strong yet as i have tested the wood that covers to the bilge pump is strong yet. if that holds true (i hope) i really dont want to have to tear that area apart. The main reason im going to wait til winter is id like to get a little use out of it before i work on it. im also going to be recovering all the seats in white vinyl and either painting or recarpeting the deck in blue. i do know that the boat spend a good portion of its life in a slip. heres a few pics of the outside ill get some inside pics later

I see one major problem. When a boat is parked in the driveway to work on, there needs to be beer in those cupholders, not Dr. Pepper :D
