the line has been frozen and it is cracked
i just crawled stem to stern an a regal 3060. including the fresh water system.
see if you can download an owners manual for that boat.......doral must have an owners forum. it will give you schematics on where the tank is.
it is my experience that most systems on a boat are accessible.
if you cant find a manual....
follow the water fill tube....this will mean sticking your head in areas you have never been. you may have to remove some panels or possibly a fridge or icemaker.
in all likely hood......the tank is under the aft cabin bed. lift the matress.......you should see some inspection hatches. if you dont see hatches.....the floor under the matress will have screws in it.....pull the screws.....and lift the floor. have a look......if you cant see the leak....have someone fill the water tank when you are looking......
