I'm repairing an Eliminator boat with a minor crack in the hull. Should I be using epoxy or polyester resin and what type of cloth should I use? I know I should post some pictures and I will shortly.

yep...we need to see pics

also we need to know how powerful the boat is.....that will determine the poly/ epoxy thing....and that will determine the type of cloth or matt.

if its a standard jet boat...poly will be fine..

there is more to it....so post pics when you can.

cheers

It's not so minor of a crack. It's about 3 ft long. It has a 454 Chevy and runs around 70 MPH. What do you guys think?
