Relays would be on the port side by the carbs of the motor. At least they are on my 88 Force. I don't see them on yours. On the second picture, look straight down and to the left.

The highlighted areas are where the relays are supposed to be.

The relays on my '90 90HP Force are in the same location as the one pictured.

yes it actually worked great for a few weeks, then it would only work ever so often. So i replaced the switch and it worked ok for a few days then when back to only working when it wanted. I asked around then and didnt get much help so I replaced the motor and I get nothing still. Im lost as to why it doesnt have em if its suppose to.

Previous owner syndrome. Same thing I'm experiencing with my 1988. Wrong plugs, wrong CD and coils, ad naseum. You have to wonder what in the heck the other person was thinking.

Anyway, I can't imagine someone rigging it to where it doesn't have coils. If it did work before, it probably wasn't good for the T&T. I would just get a ohmeter or voltage reader and find out if it is getting juice to the tilt and trim.
