Well, I changed the T-stats.

This has corrected the overheat problem. I had the boat out yesterday and it runs at around 160F while pulling a skier.

They were a real PITA to change. Fifteen minutes to dissemble, and all afternoon to put back together.

The secret I found was to remove the lower rear motor cover, then assemble the parts one at time through that access hole.

Removal of that cover gives much better access to the T-stat housing bolts, and you can use a regular box end wrench on them.

Thanks to all those who helped me out with this problem.

Matt.
