When I put the boat in the water, it will have a very slow response when i lift the lever for idle speed... When i put it in gear and put the throttle all the way down it jumps too 1000 RPMs and stays there. Every once in ahwile it will sputter and it will seem like its trying to go its normal rpm/speed, almost like its coughing.<br /><br />I replaced the plugs and fuel filter already and it didn't help. I also drained all the fuel thinking it may have developed some water in it.<br /><br />I would appriciate any help to fix this problem...<br /><br />Thanks<br />Josh
