OK I got a used motor first thing is the Tilt wont go up I jumped it I get sound from the tilt motor but don't go up. checked all the fluid and it was full at the down position. I need to transport it on the boat any way to get it up? What is going on with it, it sounds like it is working but don't move. there is a lock on this side I think it is unlocked and in the down position. I cant find ant place to see if it is locked and it wont move anyway. I know there is one that makes it go up and one to go down to jump it and I did that. It don't work at the control so I just look it up on here to jump it.
Second is I'm only getting spark on one side if the head. All I did was plug in the control box there are also wires that come off the box but don't have any idea where they go. there is 2 blue wires and I think 2 brown. There may be one more wire too but I can't remember.
