My first post here.
My Yamaha ProV 150 has three carburetors. That is "dual floats" in each carburetor. NOT single float as some might think. So, here is the "Big" question. What carburetor kit number?
All I can find from various marine firms that sells these kits show #6E5-W0093-06-00 is for a "single bowl" carburetor...with one float and parts, not the double bowl carb.
However, I did locate...Pro Marine #659306 kit (OE #6E5-W0093-06-00) with gasket(s) for a double bowl float carb. NOTE: it has two (2) gaskets that goes between the lower and upper carb sections. My Yamaha ProV 150 carbs only have one (1) gasket between the two sections.
If I buy the Pro Marine #659306 kit with the two (2) carbs gaskets, will I need to use the two gaskets from the kit?
Thanks for the needed answers.
