Any easy way to determine if an E150STLCUR has Quick Start and/or S.L.O.W.?

The 1987 150hp Evinrude has neither.

Thanks; that is what I figured. Problem is: my OMC shop manual covering all V-4s and V-6 90 Cross V Models was published in 1990 and apparently addresses only 1990 models. It could say so on the Index but that would be too simple.
