My 1988 20hp mercury won't even except gas anymore I pump the primer (brand new) and it just sucks up the gas from the tank and squirt backs into the tank I've cleaned the carb twice and put and new full gasket kit on the carb. I have been having trouble with this motor it will not get up and go either WOT just putts slow it's not getting the fuel sumhow help
