I just bought a pontoon and took it out for the first time for about thirty min and ran fine. So i took it out about a week later and it would not hardly idle and didn't seem to have any power at first. But when i drove it for about 10min it started running fine. i thought it might have picked up trash or something. It ran fine all day long. so when i got home i checked the fuel filter and cleaned it but it did not seem to have any trash in it. I then took it back out the next day and it does the same thing but it never cleared up so i changed the plugs and tried it again but still no help. It just has no power and will not idle. Any advise would be great.

First check the spark on all cylinders with a spark tester, but it's likely that the carb is contaminated.
Instructions for cleaning are at the top of the forum in the "Top Secret" thread.
Also a good time to change your fuel lines to alcohol-resistant ones, if you haven't already, unless you enjoy cleaning the carbs over and over again. :)

Ethanol and fuel lines
replace all fuel line with Alcohol resistant lines. Ethanol deteriorates, the rubber lines, then they start to sluff off on the inside, going directly to the carbs. Settling to the bottom of the bowl. Contaminating the carbs low and high speed jets. clean a rebuild carbs, flushing fuel line before connecting to carbs.
