1988 60 hp power head

i have a 1988 60 hp 3 cyl merc i did a comp test and had 100,100.and 20 psi
but i found a used power head, and am gooing to swap power head,how hard is it and is there any tricks i need to know

not a very hard job. always good to have a factory service manual though
