1988 60hp mercury no power

i have a 1988 60hp merc and been having some trouble with having no power,it starts and idles good,and dies on acelaration,i did a compresion test last mounth and had 120.120.25, i replaced the power head and it has the same trouble ,i think the fault i had that is still there burnt out one cyl on the old power head and dont whant to burn out my new one .i am thinking fuel, if i pump the ball it does not seam to help, anybody have any ideas and last year i was told to remove the auto bleader,so i removed the unit ran a new fuel line from the tank,but i only unpluged the blender and did not remove any wiring from the engine any thoughts

do a rebuild on the carbs and make sure they arent running too lean or you will be burning up another piston

i will make the carbs richer,and i am rebuilding the carbs, thanks for your help:)
