1988 85hp force cdi off of a 1977 115hp chrysler is it interchangeable

well this is the deal, I maybe buying a 1988 85hp force that has what he says is good compresion {what is concidered good compresion} but needs a new CDI unit and they can be spendy, But I have a 1977 chrysler 115hp charger deluxe model that I hope are interchangeable because i have know clue if it will work, and would by chance the carbs work also.
