1988 bayliner

hello iam new to the boating world and i have seen a 88 sunbridge it has no outdrive the inside bench seats and in the sleeping area has water damg. with a few mold spots will this be a good buy for 2,500obo or if i buy it will it be a nightmare ? please help thanks.
