Sorry didnt see a second page so disreguard the first few sentences. I have cranked it over without plugs in and saw the mist shoot out. Compression was 95 + or - 2. I didnt use a spark tester, but I did hold it out about 1/3 to 1/2 an inch out and it jumped the gap.

Oh, also when I got home the starter side all were dry, and the other side were were slightly wet. Im sure if I had killed it when it was at 4000 rpms all would be dry, but being I fought with it a bit at the landing i think thats where they got wet again. I dont understand this but sometimes it can idle for 15 min fine, other times it will idle for 5 min and get loaded down, yet on the water when you drop down from full speed to an idle it immediately acts up sometimes, and other times wont act up at all. On top of that when i did stop to button down the seat it helped it take off when you choked it. This is really frustrating.

yes intermittents are frustrating.

Have you tried running it on premix and not using the vro in case that is putting through a bad mix?

That wasnt it. I took it on the lake and it ran almost perfect, when you were going fast and pulled it into neutral itd idle fine. But if you idled down in gear it would start hitting on 3 or 4 cylinders and it took 5 minutes working the throttle to get it to snap out of it. I found the guy lost the title for it so he has tk send in for a new title (takes 6-8 weeks). So it probably will get a break from getting worked on.
