1988 force 35 hp

Bought a boat with a 1988 35hp force. Thinking I’m missing some of the linkages. Anyone got one they would share some pictures with me.

What linkages? shift? carb? T@T lock ??????

Someone put a bent wire here. I’m thinking the spark advance is frozen. Is there a linkage missing that runs from spark advance to throttle arm?

The parts book shows a wire like that as it came out of the factory.
